Practical HR Ltd was founded by Director Paula Fisher who has worked in Human Resource Management for over twenty five years. She has held senior HR positions within corporate organisations and in 1997 completed a law degree, graduating with a 1st class honours. Paula has also has a Master Degree (LL.M) in Employment Law and Employee Relations. Paula has been providing HR and employment law support to SME's for over fifteen years, working predominantly with organisations who do not have their own HR department. Paula says .....
